Ceramic Ring Lined Pipe

Ceramic Ring Lined Pipe is a high-performance wear-resistant piping solution designed for conveying abrasive materials. The inner surface is lined with high-alumina ceramic rings, providing excellent resistance to abrasion, erosion and impact. Compared with conventional steel pipes, the ceramic lining can significantly extend service life and reduce maintenance and replacement costs in demanding conveying systems.
 

Applications

The Alumina Ceramic Ring Lined Pipe is widely used in mining, cement, coal, power generation, steel, metallurgy and mineral processing industries. It is suitable for conveying ore, coal, ash, slag, limestone, sand, slurry and other abrasive materials. Ceramic ring lining is particularly effective in pipelines exposed to continuous material flow and severe wear.
