Ceramic Rubber Steel Composite Liner

Ceramic Rubber Steel Composite Liner is a heavy-duty wear resistant ceramic liner combining a high-alumina ceramic wear layer, resilient rubber backing and a steel base plate. The ceramic layer provides excellent abrasion resistance, the rubber layer absorbs impact and vibration, while the steel plate provides structural strength and secure installation. This three-layer design is ideal for demanding applications requiring long-lasting wear protection and high impact resistance.

 

Applications

The Ceramic Rubber Steel Composite Liner is widely used in mining, cement, coal, power generation, steel, metallurgy, aggregates and bulk material handling industries. It is commonly installed in chutes, hoppers, transfer points, bunkers, feeders, conveyor systems, bins and other equipment handling abrasive materials such as ore, coal, clinker, limestone, sand and gravel.

Installation & Precautions

Before installation, ensure that the mounting surface and fixing points are clean and properly prepared. Select the appropriate installation method, such as bolting, welding-supported fixing or adhesive bonding, according to the equipment structure.
