Bimetallic Wear resistant Pipe for Mining Slurry Conveying
Our high-performance bimetallic wear-resistant pipe is engineered specifically for heavy-duty mining slurry and solid particle transportation. Utilizing dual-metal composite technology, it delivers exceptional wear resistance while maintaining good impact toughness. Manufactured with high chromium alloy inner layer and carbon steel outer substrate, the pipe offers outstanding resistance to abrasive wear, particle impact, and moderate corrosion.
Each pipe body is precisely cast and heat-treated to ensure uniform alloy layer thickness across the entire pipeline. This design not only improves anti-abrasion performance but also reduces the risk of local perforation, extending the service life of the conveying pipeline.
Product OverviewOur bimetallic wear-resistant pipes are available in a range of nominal diameters (DN50 ~ DN600) to accommodate different flow rates and solid concentrations. Custom lengths and flange connections can be produced upon request, allowing for direct replacement of existing pipelines or optimization of new mining conveying systems. The material retains its mechanical integrity at continuous operating temperatures up to 350°C, making it suitable for mining, metallurgy and power plant applications.
Installation is straightforward, with pipes easily connected by flanges or welding. For highly corrosive working conditions, we also offer silicon carbide wear-resistant pipes with superior anti-corrosion performance. All our pipes are manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 certified quality systems, guaranteeing consistent dimensions and performance.

Material PropertiesAbrasion ResistanceThe high-chromium alloy inner layer exhibits excellent resistance to abrasive particles like ore, coal ash and slag. For extremely harsh abrasive environments, our silicon carbide pipe offers extended service life and stable performance.
Impact ResistanceThe carbon steel outer substrate absorbs impact force, preventing pipe cracking under heavy particle impact.
Installation & MaintenancePrefabricated Pipe SectionsPrefabricated pipe segments can be supplied to reduce on-site welding work. Each section is factory inspected under strict quality control, ensuring perfect alignment and rapid installation.
Routine InspectionWe recommend visual inspection and thickness testing every 12 months to check for inner layer wear. Replacement of individual pipe sections is possible without removing the whole pipeline, minimizing downtime.
