Wear resistant Pipe Elbows: Key Components for Heavy Industry Conveying Lines

2026-9-10 8:14:15 Blog views

Our high-performance wear-resistant pipe elbows are engineered specifically for the turning sections of solid material conveying pipelines. The elbow is the most easily worn part in slurry and powder transport systems. We adopt reinforced composite structure to strengthen anti-wear performance at the impact zone. Available in bimetallic and silicon carbide ceramic lined options to match different working conditions.

Each elbow is precision formed with thickened wear layer at the particle impact area. This targeted reinforcement greatly reduces local abrasion and avoids frequent replacement at turning points.

Product OverviewOur wear-resistant elbows match pipe nominal diameter DN50 ~ DN600, standard angles: 90°, 60°, 45°, 30°. Custom radius and special angles can be manufactured on request. They can be directly matched with straight wear-resistant pipes for mining, metallurgy, power plant and chemical industry conveying systems.

All elbows are produced under ISO 9001:2015 quality control.
